Challenge: Shoot 11 short videos of Ariane, Vichy’s virtual skin expert to be integrated into Vichy’s Bot (Facebook Messenger). The bot offers a skincare diagnostic that reproduces online the experience that consumers could have when talking with a brand expert in-store.
